Aerial Bouquets is a wholesale only distributor therefore we only accept business sales from qualified retailers.

In order to create an account, we will need your first and last name, company name, e-mail address, company address, telephone number, and your Federal Tax ID number. 

Aerial Bouquets uses your company name, address, phone numbers and email addresses strictly to communicate with you about your orders.  This information is not disclosed to anyone outside of Aerial Bouquets. 


Place an Order

To place an order online, login with you e-mail and password, browse our products and add them to your cart.  Once you are finished shopping, click “cart” at the top of the page and from there you will have the option to checkout.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address collected during the time of purchase within 24 hours of placing your order.

Terms of Sale

Credit Cards. We accept all major credit cards.

Arkansas and Missouri Customers Only.  Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to the states of Arkansas and Missouri. To process an order without sales tax, a copy of your Arkansas or Missouri Tax Exemption Form is required.  To submit your form, you can fax it to 888-237-1489 or email a copy to kEncEmaildvtupnfstfswjdfAbfsjbmcpvrvfut/dpn.


Shipping Policy

Due to the central location of Aerial Bouquets, orders generally arrive within 3-5 business days via ground service. Orders placed before 12:00 pm CST will ship the same day and all orders submitted after noon will ship the next business day.

In addition to ground, rush delivery service is available at a charge greater than ground service. Please remember rush delivery charges are based on dimensional weight or real weight (whichever is greater) and result in higher freight charges.

Delivery days are based on the number of business days following the day of shipment (not including Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays).

If you would like, you can pick up your order from our Sales and Distribution Center in Arkansas.  We will call you when your order is ready and you can pick it up from our front office at 1258 East Main Street in Piggott, Arkansas, 72454.

At this time we do not ship products outside of the U.S.


Freight Policy

Freight charges are unique to each order and will be calculated at the time of shipping.  Therefore, your order total will not include freight but this will be reflected on your invoice.


Return Policy

Manufacturer's defects will be replaced when the merchandise is returned to our quality control department. Returns must be made within 60 days from the date of purchase for Everyday product, and 30 days from the date of purchase for Seasonal product. Products that have been misused, punctured or cut will not be replaced. Damaged merchandise will be replaced*, but no credit or refund will be issued on any other items. If there is a discrepancy in your order, it must be reported to our Customer Care Team within 10 business days of receiving the order.

Please call our Customer Care Team to receive a return authorization number for all returns.

*In certain situations, a 20% restocking fee may apply.


Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order place contact our Customer Care Team at 800-237-1489.  If you order has not shipped the cancellation will be processed.
